The Parkmobile app is not working on my phone. How can that be?

When the app falters or does not want to boot, follow these steps:

  1. Does your phone have a good (internet) connection, by means of 3 or 4G?
    Look at the top of the screen of your mobile phone if you have enough bar, a 3 or 4G internet connection is recommended.
  2. Did you accept GPS for the Parkmobile app?
    To make use of the app we recommend you to pass on your GPS location. Based on GPS there automatically will be given a suggestion on a map for your parking location. If you’ve turned this off, some features will not work in the app. Please check the manual of your mobile phone if you don’t know how to put GPS on for a specific app. The GPS can be set under settings.
  3. Do you have the latest version of the Parkmobile app?

You can always download the latest version of the Parkmobile app through the App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone.

In addition to parking with the Parkmobile app, you can also start a parking session via SMS. SMS ‘[parking zone] [space] [license plate] ‘ to 4810 to start your parking session. For example, “ANT1 1abc123 ‘. Within seconds you will receive a text message with confirmation of your parking session. To stop a parking session, text ‘Q’ to 4810. You will receive a text message with confirmation and information about your parking session.
