How do I change the invoice alert?

Every month you will receive an email with an invoice alert. In this alert you will find an overview for last month and you will also find a link to mijnparkmobile.be to see the whole invoice.

You can check, download en print or email all your invoices via mijnparkmobile.be and the Parkmobile app.

  1. Login on mijnparkmobile.be.
  2. Below ‘overview’ you will find ‘invoices’
  3. Please select the invoice you want to check. Please note: The invoice consists of multiply pages.

You can check your invoices via the Parkmobile app as well. Please make sure that you’re logged in as main user.

  1. Open the Parkmobile app en go to ‘account’
  2. Click on ‘invoices’
  3. Select the PDF icon to open your invoice.
