If you park on the street, you can start your parking session via the EasyPark app or sms. You can also mix it up. For example, you can send an sms to stop a parking session you started with the app, in case you don’t have an internet connection when you want to leave. Handy!
How do I start and stop a parking session with the app?
- Park your car in a parking zone in one of the cities in Belgium that is affiliated with Parkmobile. All locations can be found here.
- Open the app and make sure you are logged in. Choose the suggested parking zone based on your GPS location, search by location, enter your zone manually, or choose a favourite zone. Make sure that the zone number matches the number on the parking meter. Press “start” to start the parking session.
- When you return, press “stop” in the app to stop the parking session. You will then see the summary on your screen, showing the time, duration, costs and vehicle for your parking session. You can later find the parking session under “Activity”.
- You pay later. EasyPark bills you every month by direct debit or credit card.
How do I start and stop a parking session via sms?

- Text “[parking zone] [space] [number plate]” to 4810 to start your parking session. For example, “ANT1 1abc123”. You will find the parking zone on the parking meter and / or the zone sign. Do you have both a private and business account? End your message with #P to start a private parking session and #Z for a business parking session.
- When you return, send “Q” to 4810 to stop your parking session.*
- You pay later. EasyPark bills you every month by direct debit or credit card.
* You will always receive a confirmation of your parking session by sms (costs: € 0.15 per received message).
How do I start and stop a parking session via the My EasyPark website?
Do you use a tablet or computer? Then you can also start and stop your parking sessions via the My Parkmobile website. Log in and navigate to Parking Sessions to manage your parking sessions.
What if I do not stop my parking session?
If you do not stop a parking session yourself, it will continue until the time that the paid parking in that specific area ends. Please note that this varies widely per municipality.
