I can’t set reminders by push, email or SMS. How it this possible?

This is because of several reasons:

  1. The main user of your account has switched off this option and only the main user can change your reminder profile. Please contact the main user of your account.
  2. You are running an older version of the EasyPark app or you don’t have the correct operation system (software) on your device. Please check the version of the EasyPark app via ‘account’ or update the software on you mobile device.
