To start a parking session with your license plate, there has to be a link between the license plate and you as a user. You can add your license plate to your account easily:
If the user isn’t available, you should add the user first, before you can link it to your license plates.
You can also check, add and/or edit users and license plates in the app. Go to ‘vehicles’ and click ‘account’ to see the linked users. This feature is only available for the main user.
Is your account linked to your license plate and it still doesn’t work, there may be another cause. It may be that you have accumulated arrears, which must be paid before you can start a new parking session.
