I want to cancel my Parkmobile account. What should I do?

As a Parkmobile customer you have the possibility to have a pay per parking session subscription. You only pay for our service if you use the service. So in regards to costs there is no reason to cancel your subscription. You never know when you might need Parkmobile again.

Would you like to change your monthly subscription to pay per parking session? Please follow the next steps:

  1. Login to mijnparkmobile.be.
  2. Beneath ‘managing your account’ you find the menu-item ‘service plan’.
  3. Click on change service plan’ to change your subscription form to ‘Regular Parker’ or ‘Occasional Parker’.
  4. After you changed your subscription form click ‘save to confirm your changes.

You really want to cancel your account? We are sorry to see you leave. If you send us your client ID (or mobile phone numbers and personal information) we will cancel your account with the next 5 (working) days.

Please note: Only the main user can cancel your account.
