I’ve received a parking fine while using the Parkmobile system. What do I do?

It is very unfortunate that you have received a parking fine. Verify if the parking fine is justified or not:

  1. Login to mijnparkmobile.be. In the left menu under ‘overview’ the menu-item ‘parking history’. Through a number of selection criteria you can search for that specific parking session. You can also see your parking activities and costs via the app.
  2. Did you have a running parking session at the time of the parking fine? If so, please check if the parking zone and license plate matches with the details on the parking fee.
  3. When the parking zone and license plate matches with the details on the license plate, you probably object the parking fine. You can appeal to the relevant municipality or authority. We recommend to send a print screen of your parking history as evidence with your appeal.

Unfortunately Parkmobile cannot mediate between you and the relevant municipality (authority).
