My account has been blocked. What should I do?

If we didn’t receive a payment or if your payment has failed, we are forced to block your account. Please transfer the outstanding amount as soon as possible. You can find your invoice on mijnparkmobile.be or in the Parkmobile app.

  1. Login on mijnparkmobile.be.
  2. Click on ‘invoices’ below ‘overview’.
  3. Please transfer the outstanding amount as soon as possible:

IBAN: NL73ABNA0524421307
Attn: Parkmobile Belgium Bvba

Please add your invoice and client number (you can find it on mijnparkmobile.be).
After receiving the outstanding amount your account will be activated.
