Where can I change my personal details?

As a user you can easily manage your details, license plate, mobile phone number and more via the Parkmobile app and/or mijnparkmobile.be.

Not everything can be changed through the Parkmobile app and somethings can only be changed by the main user of your Parkmobile account.

* This data can only be adjusted by the primary user of the account.
** Your family member or colleague can change his or her email address or mobile number using the Parkmobile app. As primary user you cannot change this via the app, but via mijnparkmobile.be. This does not apply to the Windows Phone.
